Who is responsible for this website?

What personal data do we collect?

This website has no user account, no payment and no contact form. We only receive what you choose to send us yourself, when you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by email: typically your name, phone number, the workshop you are interested in and a preferred date. We use it only to answer you and organise your booking.

The booking calendar on the online-classes page only prepares a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing you type there is sent to our servers.

Do we use cookies?

Only audience-measurement cookies, and only if you tap “Yes” in the cookie notice. Until then nothing is loaded. If you tap “No”, or ignore the notice, no measurement is made. Your answer is stored in your browser (local storage) so we do not ask again.

When you accept, we receive aggregated statistics such as the pages visited, the type of device and the approximate region, with an anonymised IP address. We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising.

Which other services are involved?

Some features rely on third parties, who apply their own privacy policies:

• WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta): the way you contact us. The studio’s Instagram pictures are loaded from Instagram’s servers.
• Google: the map is only loaded after you click “Load Google Maps”; the audience measurement (Google Analytics) only runs if you accepted cookies.
• Vercel (hosting): keeps technical logs such as the IP address and the pages requested, for security and to operate the site.

How long do we keep your data?

Messages and booking details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and meet our accounting obligations. Audience statistics are kept for the period configured in our analytics account.

What are your rights?

Under the Moroccan law n° 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you can ask us to access, correct, delete your data, or object to its use. Write to bluhimi@gmail.com and we will answer you.
